2014 HIE in EMS Summit

The EMS Authority will again be hosting the 2nd Annual Health Information Exchange (HIE) Summit for EMS, November 17-19, 2014 at the Westin Los Angeles Airport Hotel, 5400 West Century Blvd. The hotel features convenient shuttle service from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

  • A special pre-summit "HIE in EMS Boot Camp" will be on November 17, 2014. This will be to introduce HIE in EMS concepts to those new to the process.

On the heels of last year’s very successful summit, this year will feature speakers representing Federal, State and local agencies, along with perspectives from private and public EMS transport agencies. The EMS Authority will also be seeking interested vendors of HIE and data solutions companies to take part in this educational event on HIE in EMS.
