Announcement:

National EMS Week 2006 will be held May 14-20, with the theme of "EMS-Serving on Health Care's Front Line." The American College of Emergency Physicians will be distributing the EMS Week kits/planners in February 2006, so kit orders should be made as soon as possible. Also, the 2006 EMS Week planning information will be available on the EMS Week Web site http://www.acep.org/emsweek in January of 2006.

Below are instructions for ordering your 2006 EMS Week kits/planners:

If you plan to order 1 to 9 kits/planners, please call ACEP's Customer Service Department at 1-800-798-1822, touch 6. These are free-of-charge.

If you plan to order 10 or more kits/planners, please e-mail Denise Fechner at dfechner@acep.org or call her at 1-800-798-1822, ext. 3261. There is a shipping charge when ordering 10 or more kits and a signed form is required. I've attached the form for your convenience.
