EMS License Plate Program Status
Voting for the EMS license plate design is now closed.
We would like to thank you for your participation in the voting process. Your feedback is important to the process and provides us with valuable information.
At this time EMSA is considering all votes and information. We will be meeting with the DMV and CHP regarding the designs. DMV has strict criteria, which the final design must comply with. Criteria regarding visibility, clarity, and conflicts with existing plates are of the utmost importance. CHP must approve of the design readability and clarity as well.
At this time we are not naming a winner. We must evaluate all the information available to us. This process could take weeks. Visit this page regularly to view updated information. The application will also be available online once the final design has been cleared by all appropriate parties.
